Where Can I park?

MARKET LOT:    338 Spaces
UM 1ST ST. LOT:    166 Spaces
1ST STREET:    15 Spaces
2ND STREET:   20 Spaces
STEVENS STREET:    20 Spaces
(Current Market total spaces): 350 SPACES


When will the market be open?

Tuesday and Thursday:  8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday:  8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Will there still be an outdoor market?


Will our favorite vendors be there?

Check the Vendor pages.

Will there still be music on the lawn?

Yes. It might be on the patio or in Willson Park. But we’ll have it, and it will be free.

Will there be places to sit down? WI-FI?

Yes and Yes. Many tables and chairs scattered around the main floor, and more upstairs on the mezzanine. Places to sit and relax, check your phone, talk with friends. During the summer, the terrace will be especially attractive.

What happen on downtown event Saturdays?

(e.g. Crim and Back to the Bricks)
We intend to make these great events a part of the market. Parking in the market parking lot on event weekends will be for market customers only! Easy access from Stevens St. or I-475. On event days, the access streets from the east will not be blocked.

Is there room to rent for meetings, weddings, parties, etc?

Yes. A beautiful Community Room will be available to host events any day or night of the week. The room is 2800 sq. ft., equipped with AV, and adjacent to our Commercial Kitchen.

Is there a commercial kitchen?

Yes. Actually, two of them. You may rent either one for your production or baking needs 24/7. Contact the kitchen office for details.

Is there a demonstration kitchen?

Yes. Cooking demonstrations on a regular basis will be one of the features of the new market. Check this web site or our Facebook page for announcements.
