Flint Children’s Museum in Flint, Michigan was inspired by a visit to a Washington D.C. children’s museum in 1979. Local educator Mary Newman began Flint Children’s Museum
For 40 years, the Flint Children’s Museum has enjoyed supporting the development of every child through hands-on learning experiences and is dedicated to continuing to serve as many children and families as possible.
