J Deans Smoke House
We had purchased an old country meat market that had a well designed smoke house in 1984 to expand our catering business and that started it all. In 1985 we started making sausage for ourselves and a few of our hunting companions and it has grown from there. By 1986 hunters and customers alike were showing up at the door asking for Chef Jim Dean to make them sausage. Over the years by providing great service and making a constant effort in great tasting sausages and jerky, our hobby developed into J.Deans Smoke House.
